We strategise, organise and complete all renovations & repairs needed, completed to a high standard at competitive rates simultaneously making sure the property is cosmetically appealing for tenancy or resell purposes. We have a selected team of experts set for each job. We strive towards achieving your ROI goals.

Tenants & Property Management or Sales Agent.

Our professional property managers list, conduct viewings, interviews then secure a tenant after thorough checks. Our PM's then continue to deliver an ongoing service to keep your property operating smoothly. Alternatively, if your strategy is to on sell, we work closely with a selling agent to complete the marketing and sale of the property.

Our Fee Structure.

We keep it real. No markups and no hidden agendas. We don't take a cut on any of the outsourced work, meaning you get competitive rates for all services and most importantly, an investment property that is chosen purely on the best fit to your criteria.

Investment Property Consultants is based on a completely non-biased pricing model. We do not get paid any additional commissions on any part of any process.

 

This structure means we are in no way biased, influenced or lead by fees. We are genuinely providing you with the best solution for the job, whatever the task.

Once the entire process is complete IP Consultants receives a 2.5 percentage fee,  calculated from the newly registered valuation price. This fee covers our entire Investment Property project management services, our part of the process.

A small deposit is required at the time the successful property purchase. This fee can potentially be drawn down from your loan, meaning no upfront cash is needed.

The external costs are contracted directly between yourself and the outsourced professional.
